Project Engineer / Project Coordinator | Noida | 3-7 Years

 We are Hiring for Project Engineer / Project Coordinator Profile.

Job Description :-
· Project coordination among all departments (Tech., Planning, Purchase, Logistic, Finance, Commercial and Construction) which are involved in concerned project.
· Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.
· Coordinate to maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems.
· Knowledge of preparation of billing schedule of engineering works & supplies of all departments involved in the project in a scheduled manner.
· Preparation of Indents of equipment's involved in the project for the procurement of items.
· Meeting with Vendors/Suppliers to verify submission of all required information for procurement of items. Reviewing the offers submitted by the various bidders.
· Preparation of technical comparatives & Scope of Supply for equipment's involved in the project on submitted offers.
· Preparation of comments on the offers submitted by various bidders.
· To attend project minute of meeting & kick off meeting and prepare MOM.
· Expediting Procurement, Manufacturing & Supplies.
· Basic knowledge of Codes & Standard of Bulk Items.
Coordination with Shipping agencies, visit for packing & stuffing reviews.

Job Location :- Noida

Experience Required :- 3 to 7 yrs

Industry Prefer - Oil & Gas, Engineering, Petrochemical, Refinery, chemical process plant.
