Role & Responsibilities-
* Lead the HR function as per corporate policy.
* Head the Plant HR for complete HR, IR and Administration functions.
* Responsible for various HR Metrics, Recruitment, PMS, Training &
Development, Liaisoning, Administration.
* Experience in Planning, Organizing, staffing, and training
* Contract Labour matters, Attending conciliation proceedings and Industrial Relations matters, Liaison with central & State Govt.
* Handling Unions, LTS and Union related issues.
* Agencies, compliance of Industrial Laws, Disciplinary Procedure with the Provision of the standing order.
* Govt Liaisoning, Pollution Department, Labour Dept, ESI & PF office.
* Strong on leadership, lead a team in HR dept and guide them on various policy and business-related issues.
Candidate- * MBA/ MSW/ PG in HRM/ Personal with 10-15 years of experience of handling Plant HR activities. * Working experience to manage the entire function including Recruitments, HR Operation, Industrial relations, liasoning with Govt Offices * Excellent computer skill, making reports/ MIS and presentations. * Good Communication and presentation skill,
