Once you submit your application to business school, the admissions committee will conduct a preliminary screening based upon your undergraduate GPA and CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ IIFT/ SNAP scores. And now the turn come for Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD/PI). Below chart gives you an idea about different areas from which questions are generally asked during B-School Interview process.

| Behavioral | Your strengths/weakness? What would you do in case you do not get into an MBA program this year? |
| Any other topic | Questions can be as weird as asking about HR and Recruitment structure of ISIS or Lashkar to asking to chose best hero among given choices to define laziness etc. |
