Core Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent.
Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal processes to ensure employee development and engagement.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee relations initiatives. Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts in a timely manner.
Core Strengths:
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be from an AdTech background.
• Based in Gurgaon/ NCR
