Below JD:
· Responsible for new product development and MP introduction
· Closely work with customer PD team, on product drawing updates and provide feedback on design changes
· Responsbile for product structure design and DFM feedback
· DOE, analysis document review/feedbacks & clarification to customer.
· Experience in 2D/3D CAD tools
· BOM, Drawings and ECN management
· Responsible for Tools and fixture design. Custom Component design and qualification of Tools & Fixtures
· Responsible for new Line Qualification process (IQ/OQ/PQ)
· Knowledge in sheet metal stamping, plastic injection moulding process
· Proficiency in material selection, Component design and development, Concept developments, Simulation and prototyping.
· Failure analysis and resolving technical issue for internal/External customer and supplier.
· Knowledge in product package development
· Knowledge in JMP tool for statistical data analysis is an added advantage.
