Group Executive Vice President (Financial Management)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Designing and measuring business KPIs in retail banking for alignment with strategy and business focus
• Publishing analysis with trends across products / teams / geographies for timely actions
• Actual performance versus budgets analysis with deep insights so as to come out with actionable information
• Branch profitability – preparation, analysis and highlighting and suggesting suitable actions to improve the same
• Productivity analysis for all frontline roles with suitable metrics
• Profitability analysis for various channels/programs /products like ATM, POS, Yes First, Insurance, Trade & FX, CA, SA etc
• Addressing requests received for adhoc analysis from internal / external stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross functional teams viz. product/sales etc on specific projects, initiatives
• Performance measurement for branch banking – goalsheets, incentives for all the roles in branch banking
• Collaborating with support functions like product/technology in initiatives enhancing sales effectiveness. 
• Automation of activities

KEY SKILLS:
