We have an opening for the role of Head - L&D position in our organization.  The position is based in Vashi (Navi Mumbai) and is responsible for the entire gamut of people development - training, managerial & leadership development and organization development.  

Skill sets required :

- Strong hands on experience in every aspect of the training life cycle

- Able to analyze business problems and propose people development actions

- Can conceptualize, design and implement management & leadership programs

- Able to coach managers

- strong presentation skills

- Exposed to working in a multi-cultural , global environment

Relevant work experience - 10 to 15 years
