CoE – Campus Program (Recruitment & Development)

Role: CoE – Campus Program (Recruitment & Development)
Reporting To: Group HR Lead-Corporate
Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
Key responsibilities:
Employer Branding
• Promote in universities our brand and our student offering with the respective audiences in a targeted manner that helps to increase the access to talent pool
• Work on the online branding specifically for the B-schools – create social media strategy for the Dr. Reddy’s Campus program and create content and creative for regular updates on social media
• Ensure regular presence in concerned campuses through the means of alumni talks, pre-placement talks, leadership talks and in-campus competitions
• Work with internal stakeholders to design and execute case study competition (“Amethyst”) across business schools.
Program Design
• Continuously revisit, redesign and improve the construct of the program to meet the requirements of business
• Work with the key stakeholders within the company to decide the campus strategy
• Build strong connections with key stakeholders in the company and collect regular feedback on the program to ensure continuous improvement
• Build communication strategy for participants (students & institutes) and stakeholders
Stint Based Program (Young Leaders Development Program):
• Work with BU HR teams and finalize the projects for each stint
• Sign off on the project guides proposed by each BU with CHRO
• Track the progress of projects of campus hires and ensure timely movement to other stint
• Organize timely reviews with Business/ functional & HR heads
• Allocation of the campus hires to BUs at the end of all stints
Recruitment
• Gather and finalize requirement for each campus season from each BU
• Identify a list of the institutes to target the required talent for different streams of requirements through working with stakeholders to understand requirements, through benchmarking exercise and with the help of external partners like Aon Hewitt and AC Nielsen
• Evaluate, improve and redesign assessment and evaluation methodology that would help hire for talent
• Program manage summer internship in management and technical domain
• Ensure completion of Midterm & Final review for summer interns with the BU head & HR Head and offer PPOs to top performers
• Connect the PPO holders with their prospective managers to ensure higher PPO acceptance
Developmental interventions
• Manage and monitor the people processes of the campus hires for first 3 years to ensure their engagement and development
• Engage the hired talent prior to their joining though connecting them with the respective team members and providing them with details of project, manager and the organization
• Work with the L&D team to design the induction program for campus hires to ensure organization wide orientation
• Gather and allocate projects for each campus hire from the respective BU/manager
• Track and organize mid-year and annual reviews of the campus hires for evaluating and tracking the performance
• Track and organize career conversations of the campus hires with BU Head and BU HR Head
• Ensure closures of the action items emerging in the career conversation
• Conduct assessment centres for campus hires
