Job Description
Steer and develop PwC India’s FinTech practice.
Be passionate about financial innovation, promote global FinTech solutions and help navigate some of the world’s largest banks and other FIs through emerging technologies, like artificial intelligence/machine learning, alternate lending, digital payments, robo-advisory, blockchain, crypto-currencies, API, big data, digital identity, crowd-lending etc.

Duties and responsibilities
• Lead complex projects within financial services and innovative technologies. Analyze business models, create successful strategies or help with business optimizations.
• Build trusting relationships with our clients and be able to lead a team of consultants to success.
• Working with the appropriate sales teams to establish account and opportunity plans, with technical services to position engagements and solutions to be promoted to clients and with the PMO on any active engagements.
• Support external relationships with third-party partners to perform lead generation and solutions development specific to the FinTech.
• Benchmarking FinTech ecosystems in India & abroad
• Engaging stakeholders and connecting FinTech startups, banks, VCs, accelerators and regulators to contribute to knowledge-building efforts on different segments in FinTech
• Work with emerging technology providers to identify solutions that enhance customer experiences or streamline operational processes in larger financial institutions
• Deliver insights and advise senior managers about emerging technologies and new tech-driven regulations (Open Banking, PSD2, Sandboxes etc.)
• Presenting at industry conferences as a FinTech expert and influencing others with compelling stories
• Project managing of all key work streams and budget, including reporting to clients and partners
