Transformation Manager. The role is for a fixed term of 2 years split into 2 x
1-year assignments and after the first 12 months you can expect to change
reporting to another member of our Executive Leadership Team along with a
change in base location which is likely to be in another country. After completing
the two assignments the job holder should expect to be permanently based at our
offices in Noida.
- Full time engineering degree (B.E / B.Tech) from a premier institute + MBA would be an added advantage
- 5 to 7 years experience working in an agile, complex working environment with a demonstrable track record in successful delivery
- Process orientated with exposure to operating in a Lean Six Sigma environment; ideally a qualified Black Belt
