Reporting to: Chief People Officer.
Head count : 500 employee.
Experience required: 12 to 16 years.
Compensation range : 45 – 55 lacs + Variable. (Depending on current comp)
Education : Post Graduate in HR from Premier B School.
Role:
-          Design & deliver Talent Management strategies for Business.
-          Head Count Planning & Budgeting for corporate staffing functions.
-          HR for HR.
-          Guiding HR operations, related to vendor management & background verifications.
-          Organizational Development.
-          Technology staffing & Sr. Management staffing.
-          Interact in C&B, Employee Reward & Engagement.
-          Manage Work force strategy, HR Transformation & Operational excellence.
